About The Chef

Ever since he was a little boy in New Jersey, Chef Terry learned about the importance of finding balance in life and pursuing your dreams from his Grandmother. He grew up by her side cooking his heart out and always knowing that one day, cooking would be his life's work. As a boy scout, Chef Terry earned his first merit badge in what else? Cooking, of course! It was one of his proudest moments! From that day, he knew he had found his passion, but it would take several years until that passion would become a reality.

Through the years, Chef Terry enjoyed a highly successful career beginning in the Navy and continuing on through 28 years in corporate life. Throughout his years in project management and customer support and Management, Chef Terry earned several awards for excellence in his work. His proudest are the three prestigious IBM Means Service awards which are the highest awards one can receive from IBM for providing Outstanding Customer Service. Delivering service and taking care of the customer has always been of the utmost importance to Chef Terry. But there was still that passion…

Chef Terry found the balance in his life when he had the opportunity to pursue his passion for cooking, intertwining it with his quest for excellence in service delivery and the customer experience. Cosmopolitan Delights, LLC was born!
Chef Terry has been living his dream since December of 2003 attending the Culinary Business Academy in Atlanta, GA in 2004. He continues to refine his passion for cooking in the culinary world as a member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association) and resides in Odessa, Florida.

Chef Terry currently serves the Tri-County areas of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco where his current customers are enjoying healthful living in the Sunshine State, thanks to Chef Terry's dream! Chef Terry has truly struck a balance in his life! By providing healthy and nutritious meals made from scratch and created with passion, Chef Terry continues to help his customers strike their own balance in daily living and excellence!
